We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for those visiting Istanbul for shopping.
The location is fantastic. The subway station is just a short walk away, and within only 2-3 stops, you can easily access most of the city's major shopping centers and stores. This made transportation incredibly convenient.
The hotel staff - Adem, Timur, and the others (unfortunately I don't remember their names) - deserve special recognition. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.
The breakfasts were delicious, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty choices every morning.
Overall, this has been one of the best experiences we've had at an affordable hotel. The price was very reasonable, yet the level of service, comfort, and hospitality surpassed our expectations. It provided exceptional value for the money, and we would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul.

Loved the location and the room was spacious and suitable for 3 people
The floors were EXTREMELY dirty; if you don't wear slippers, your feet end up looking like they have dirt attached to them
It was extremely off-putting
Also, breakfast food becomes scraps in the last hour and they don't refill it unless you ask them to, which most of the time they wouldn't refill except in very small plates
