I have been going to the same hotel for two years, exceptional reception and waitstaff

The location is convenient, near Sishane metro and bus stops, but far enough from Istiklal street and its noise. The rooms are small but well-equipped. Suitable for solo travellers. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the cleaning staff are thorough.
Unfortunately, the street noise can be bothersome. I chose an atrium room without a street view to avoid it. However, I was unaware of the loud music playing until late most weekdays and weekends. If you value a peaceful night's sleep, you might not enjoy it. I didn't complain as I assumed it was beyond their control. It would have been considerate if they informed guests in advance about the noise.
The breakfast is simple, with a variety of options available.
Although the pillows are clean, they are very firm, almost like sleeping on a rock.
Better quality shampoo and shower gel options would be appreciated. The hand soap has a strong smell that can be overwhelming.
