I always stay at this hotel because I really like it and the location is very convenient. Unfortunately, this time there was a constant water leaking sound in the room that was very disturbing.
I informed the reception, but their response was not professional. They said the maintenance team had already left and would come back tomorrow, and there were no other rooms available.
I really like this hotel, but I was disappointed with how they handled the situation.
