Very close to the Blue Mosque. Many cafes around. The administrator speaks Russian, very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast in the morning! About 7-10 minutes walk to the tram.
Something in the room needs repair, but not critical. And in the photo, the room seems more spacious than in reality.

Honestly, the staff are too nice. The receptionists are too kind day and night 👌
