Despite the fact that the female manager was very polite and asked to rate 10 points, I still decided to write everything as it is. During my stay, the room was never cleaned, the shower cabin had a broken door and didn't close completely, so after taking a shower, there was water everywhere. My hands were bitten by some bugs. My room was located on the second floor, and I understood that the staff lived on the first floor. Every evening and morning, the staff talked very loudly, even shouting. I couldn't fall asleep peacefully. In the morning, I woke up from their screams. The soundproofing is terrible in the hotel. If someone finds it important to relax after long walks, this is not the place. I often travel to Istanbul, but this experience is the first time for me. Definitely, I will not book this hotel again and will not recommend it. The location is good, but that's the only thing that pleased. Overall, I am disappointed.
