Excellent

One of the most central locations in Istanbul, airport shuttles depart directly in front of the hotel, which is a great convenience. The hotel staff is very attentive and the cleanliness is truly fantastic.

Overall, we were satisfied with the location, cleanliness, and staff; it would be perfect if a few details in the breakfast were corrected.

My only criticism is about the breakfast. There is a variety of options, but serving tea and coffee in plastic mouth thermoses is not suitable for a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, we realized very late that there was tea service in the teapot. In short, hot drinks could be served in a more aesthetic and hygienic way like a samovar. There were many types of bakery products, but they were not fresh; I think fewer but fresher products would be much better.

Good option for tourists in Istanbul

The location is perfect for a tourist exploring Istanbul. The metro is a short walk away and the airport bus stops by the door. The hotel is extremely clean, impeccable. The staff in general is nice. It offers good value for money, but do not expect the service you would get in a 5-star hotel chain in Europe, for example.

Breakfast was average, with not many options for fresh fruit and the hot beverage machine was not good. The drinks were not creamy or tasty. Some employees do not understand English. I asked for almond milk or almond drink, and one of the employees at breakfast did not understand. When I ordered it from another person, it was never delivered to the table, even though we had ordered it before with no issues. We experienced some issues with housekeeping midway through our stay, but guest relations intervened to improve things, which we really appreciated.

It's in a great location. It's within walking distance of Taksim Square and Istiklal Avenue. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone's tastes.

The staff are extremely helpful and professional.

There is no on-site car park, but the valet service is very helpful with this. If you do not use your car at all, you will be charged a daily parking fee of 800 TL (approximately 18 USD). The valet service is extremely quick. Also, this fee is nothing for such a great location.

It's in a very noisy area. The noise from outside never stops, day or night. The hotel rooms are in need of a general refurbishment.
