Great hotel, clean and conveniently located near Ayasofya and the Blue Mosque. All facilities are great, breakfast is good, and the staff are wonderful, helpful, and attentive. Special thanks to Mr. Najm Al-Din who speaks Arabic, for his high ethics, assistance, and good treatment. My reservation was for 5 nights, but due to flight circumstances, I had to cancel the last night. The hotel graciously cooperated with me and agreed to cancel and refund the money. I will definitely visit again, God willing.

When there was a problem with the room, they upgraded us.
I requested a room with a bathtub but it was not available. (Afterward, they upgraded us to a room with a bathtub)
