On the 1st of May 2026 I made a reservation in the hotel on the same day the confirmation and booking number were received from the hotel

Received confirmation and booking number for the taxi. On the 11th of May 2026 I arrived in Istanbul, the transfer met me and brought me to the hotel, at the hotel they told me that there is no reservation under your passport, then I showed the booking number sent to me by the hotel along with the confirmation. They told me that there is no existence of your last name, first name, and booking number, maybe someone can explain?????

Като цяло престоят беше среден – няма нещо впечатляващо, но и не е лошо. Хотелът обаче се нуждае от основен ремонт.

Харесаха ми местоположението, персоналът и закуската

За съжаление в целия хотел се усещаше миризма на канал, амортизиран хотел и има нужда от обновяване. Няма паркинг, което ни принуди да вървим доста.
