The hotel room is just like the photos on booking.com. Even though the staff do not speak English fluently, they made every effort to help us. The staff are extremely welcoming.

Location was great, right next to the train in the center
Room was practical without a window and light. It was a family room.
Room is practically only cleaned on request. The cleaning sign is practically meaningless.
In addition, the room cards did not work. On the last day, drilling and hammering to replace the locks.
Due to a flight delay, I wanted to extend my stay in my difficult situation.
The night before, I was confirmed another room. I would have also paid for the room.
The next day, I was then told that suddenly they were fully booked and practically sent us away despite our difficult situation. Very annoying as we had asked twice during the stay and they had also shown us the room and assured us the night before.
