The lobby is clearly newly renovated, looks great, and both the reception staff and service are excellent. However, if you don’t mind showering in a small bathtub with only a handheld showerhead, don’t mind old wooden furniture with a classic gold-accented style, and don’t mind the limited number of power outlets—especially the lack of outlets beside the bedside tables—then you’ll be fine. And if you’re also okay with a five-star hotel providing very few towels and no tissues in the room (only in the bathroom), then this hotel is a good fit for you.
