Extremely welcoming and helpful staff, complimentary upgrade, excellent location and comfortable bed and room. Enjoyed the breakfast.
Having additional items in the bathroom would have been beneficial, like tissues, moisturiser, extra conditioner, and more toilet paper rolls.
