MerlynNot a great experience as the hotel needs a complete renovation
The location was convenient for my meetings, breakfast was not great but was acceptable.
The air conditioners in the rooms were not functioning. I had to switch rooms at 11pm because I couldn't sleep due to the heat, only to be moved to another room with the same issue. Both of my colleagues also experienced the same discomfort. I specifically requested a non-smoking room, but despite all rooms on my floor having no smoking signs, the smell of cigarette smoke was noticeable the moment the elevator doors opened.

The air conditioning system unfortunately did not work very well, the temperature was set to minimum, yet the room was quite hot and stuffy because the room had panoramic windows that could not be opened
