RaulDisappointing Experience for a Five-Star Hotel. Unfortunately, my stay at the Grand Hyatt Istanbul was extremely disappointing.

We had a very pleasant stay and were happy with our choice.
The highlight of the hotel is definitely the large outdoor swimming pool. It was one of the main reasons we chose this accommodation, and it did not disappoint.
The room was clean and well-maintained. We were welcomed with complimentary bottled water, and the room also included instant coffee, powdered milk, sugar, and sweetener, which was a nice touch.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was ready before the official check-in time, so we were able to check in early, which we really appreciated.
The reception staff spoke excellent English, making communication easy.
The room was air-conditioned, had an LCD TV, and the free Wi-Fi
The only minor downside was that there was no toilet brush in the bathroom, which would have been useful and is something we would expect in a hotel room. Another small inconvenience was that the room did not have a refrigerator, only a minibar. We stored our bottled water and a fruit platter in it, and thankfully the hotel did not make an issue of this at checkout. However, the lack of a proper refrigerator can be inconvenient, especially during the hot summer months, if you want to keep drinks or food cold.
