It was terrible, we booked 5 nights but changed accommodation after the first night because hygiene is nowhere to be found. There was a hair in our breakfast and dirty eggs. We received the towels dirty, and when we asked for new ones, they rudely said maybe tomorrow (we didn't get any the next day). They didn't even know what a vacuum cleaner was, the bed sheets were dirty, the air conditioning was rotten, there was no cleaning service, I don't even think they know what that means. They offered to change our room but in this swamp, I don't think anyone would want to stay. Based on this, since we declined, they don't want to give us a refund either. Nobody should book here!!

The fridge in the room is not working, but the AC is working. The radiator is broken, there is no water service, and no room service.
