No parking, no cleanliness and on top of that they didn't let me in....then they asked for double the price plus 20 euros for parking. I will never go there again in my life

There are absolutely no amenities. The walls are so thin that you can hear all the neighbors at the same time both in the bathroom and in the main room. Upon check-in, dirty bed linens were found with bloody stains all over. When asked to change them, they offered to take a spare sheet and cover it up. The yard where the windows overlook is very noisy. People play soccer until late at night and it's very noisy. The owner of the apartments, Mehmet, reacted aggressively to the request for a late check-out. Overall, I do not recommend it to anyone. It's better to pay a little extra and rent a normal apartment.

The location is convenient for its proximity to the main attraction areas of the city center.
The manager is very kind and helpful.
The rooms are rather small and uncomfortable, accessible by narrow stairs.

The room had everything you need. Beautiful with a small outdoor space. It is very close to the city center, you can see almost everything by walking there. The owner was kind and helpful.
The small kitchenette is not a real kitchenette, there is only a fridge and a counter, it could be useful to add an induction stove, a kettle..
The absence of an elevator creates some problems when checking in and checking out.
