Convenient location, transport accessibility, availability of household appliances and utensils.
There were some minor issues with the plumbing. But the owner responded promptly and fixed everything.

Great location, beautiful view. The room is stylish with a retro design.
The noise level was very high, which made it challenging to sleep at night. The wifi wasn't working, and the owner was not attentive. The door locks and faucets were occasionally faulty—at times the lock wouldn't open, and sometimes the faucet wouldn't close. The windows were quite dirty. The bed on the upper floor made loud creaking noises. Every move at night caused a loud disturbance throughout the room.
