The hotel is very beautiful. What I liked the most is the hotel staff, especially Mr. Mustafa, who is extremely polite and very hospitable. Mr. Amout is also very hospitable.
The mattress is not comfortable

The location, the staff, the breakfast, and the cleanliness
*The non-management of our transfer request (confirmed by the hotel) => when we arrived at the airport, we didn't find our transfer and we had to figure out how to get to the hotel on our own.
*Requests made for two rooms for the same family (2 adults + 2 children): to be on the same floor, away from noise, with one double bed room and one twin bed room => But the rooms offered and allocated were on two different floors (2nd and 5th), directly facing the road and therefore noisy, and two double bed rooms!!!
Furthermore, the room on the 5th floor smells of sewage and the air conditioner leaks water, and for the room on the 2nd floor, there were light issues (some light bulbs were not working).
To top it all off, there were repeated power outages at the hotel, and when the power was restored, the air conditioning no longer worked!

Breakfast was ok
Shower area water leaks outside shower area. Needs urgent silicon repair.
Housekeeping - requested hand wash liquid, shampoo and moisturizer. Only shampoo was given after 4 follow-ups in 4 hours, that too at 11 PM. Rest items not provided even the next day after check-out. Should have a procedure to handle such requirements!
