I reported issues in the bathroom, but no one followed up.

The room features an authentic Old Istanbul atmosphere with plenty of character.
Extremely comfortable bed.
Basic but tasty and healthy breakfast.
Amazing, friendly, and truly helpful staff.
The staff made a great effort to solve my hot water problem and didn't stop until it was resolved.
Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would gladly stay here again.
It's not that I dislike it, but one should be prepared for an uphill walk
