Reception during check-in requested me to sit in the hotel's designated restaurant while offering tea, coffee, and water as a welcome gesture until the completion of check-in procedures and room preparation.

Laundry and ironing service for clothes - all clothes are collected in a bag, and some need ironing. The observation was that they requested to return them for ironing, which is positive for the staff's cooperation.
Thanks to the variety of breakfast options.
Sound isolation between rooms is poor; you can hear the neighboring rooms' occupants.
