I did not like it.

The terrace is beautiful and the family is comfortable. There was laundry detergent available for the washing machine and for the dishes and kitchen utensils.

The way up was a little tiring and the air conditioner was not working. The shower was leaking and we stayed four days without time to wait for the maintenance worker to arrive.

They lacked professionalism.

Also, my husband got stuck in the elevator and we needed help.

I did not like the place except for being in Ortakoy only.

Room was extremely dirty, be careful if you decide to stay

Only good thing about it was the view and location, the rest was worse than what you can imagine

The cleanliness was non-existent, we paid $20 upon arrival for cleaning, the rooms, bathrooms, and hallways were narrow like a tomb, and the conditions were deteriorating
