The air conditioning is not working, the cooling is not working, in need of maintenance although I stayed there previously and it was better

The breakfast seemed like cold leftovers, the mattress was caved in, the air conditioning flooded the room, the hairdryer wasn't working, the shower was broken, there were hairs on the sheets, and the drains were clogged
