The property is super clean, everyone is quite kind, not so much, someone from the staff very kind, others honestly have an air of superiority, but dictated by what, a receptionist makes €800 a month in Istanbul, and allows himself to turn up his nose, ridiculous, an air of arrogance towards the customers, moreover, I had surgery and I was not well, I would have appreciated a bit more humanity, that white boy with glasses at the reception ruined my vacation, smiling and being accommodating with the customer I think is the first thing for a 5-star property, everything was fantastic but that idiot at the reception cost the property 100 points, I go back to Istanbul at least 3 times a year and I will certainly not set foot in this property again
