The employee at the reception in Atasehir was kind. The hotel manager Mr. Muzaffer was very polite and constructive, thank you very much for your interest.
The gentleman at the reception in Kadikoy was extremely rude and unhelpful. When we, as a family with 3 children, went to the hotel, he said that our room, which we had already paid for online, had unfortunately been given to someone else. And we can say he literally kicked us out of the hotel. He mentioned that he was working for minimum wage and had no motivation to take care of us. At midnight, he tried to refund our money in front of the children and send us away. It was an extremely inhuman behavior.

There is nothing to like.
We booked a 5-person room with a terrace for 100 euros for 2 days, but upon arrival we were told that it is more expensive and occupied. Instead, we were given two rooms with double beds where it was dirty, smelled of cigarettes, and there were hairs on the bed.
