We stayed here for a week, everyone who works here is friendly, always ready to help, show around, breakfasts are tasty. Thanks to Suzanna, Ekin, Okan🙌🏻 Good location, because next to the Grand Bazaar there is a small market where locals mostly shop for groceries, which is a plus. Overall, the price is good considering the location.

The location is excellent, close to important monuments. There is a tram line 100 meters away. The cleaning staff was very friendly. The receptionists were very professional and helpful. The best part of the room was the bed. Very comfortable. Breakfast was okay although repetitive. The coffee was average and a toaster for the bread would have been good because it was too soft and couldn't be chewed well.
The room is very small, you can practically not move with the suitcases but if you are only going to sleep, it's okay. The bathroom is a good size but the shower screen was missing a door and the water leaked. The shower did not have an upper support and you had to hold it by hand, although there was a rain shower, it did not work. The tile joints had a little mold.

The breakfast is very modest, there are no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.
