Modern apartment with facilities and helpful staff available for your needs

There are no kitchen tools, pots, or pans in the apartment, but the staff provided a pot so that you could possibly cook something in the apartment's kitchen

Very good stay at Rayelin Hotel Old Town. The hotel is ideally located, near Aksaray metro station, which facilitates travel and provides easy access to Istanbul's main tourist sites.

Upon our arrival, we had the pleasant surprise of being upgraded to a superior suite for free, a much appreciated gesture that made our stay even more comfortable. The suite was clean, spacious, and very well maintained.

The staff is welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. I would like to especially thank the Manager, as well as Mohand and Elhan, for their kindness, availability, and the quality of their service. They greatly contributed to making our stay pleasant.

The only area for improvement concerns the breakfast, which would benefit from more variety. Despite this, the overall experience remains very positive and I recommend this hotel for its excellent location and quality of service.
