We had a very negative experience with this accommodation.
After making a reservation through Booking.com, we were informed upon arrival that they "couldn't see" our booking due to a supposed system issue. They then requested us to cancel the reservation and suggested making the payment outside the platform, which is a major red flag.
Additionally, they attempted to offer us a significantly inferior room in the basement instead of the one we originally booked. The room was unclean and clearly not what we had agreed to.
Shortly after, another couple from our country arrived and encountered the exact same situation. Evidently, we had both been allocated the same room with the jacuzzi. They were presented with the same unclean basement room as an alternative and resorted to remaining in their car trying to locate another hotel.
Having just arrived following a lengthy journey, exhausted and anticipating relaxation, we were instead confronted with this dilemma and forced to secure alternative accommodation at the last minute.
While we did receive a refund eventually and found another place to stay, the entire ordeal was stressful and disheartening. Individuals should steer clear of these deceivers.

I would have had to stay more than 2 hours to find out...
First time in my life that I stayed 1 hour in a hotel. The room is not at all the one requested. There is, as several other reviews point out, a clear deception between the photos taken and the reality. The rooms do not match those in the pictures.
We requested a Deluxe room with a window. It was only available the next day because a guest had finally booked an additional night. That's not my problem, then it smells like a blatant lie. They wanted to give us a room next to the reception... You can hear everything, the door doesn't even lock, it's ugly, dirty...
After several minutes of discussion with them, and luckily I was accompanied by my partner who speaks Turkish otherwise I was screwed, we managed to obtain a refund without any charges.
The hotel clearly doesn't care about welcoming us properly, some unfortunately may not have a choice but to stay. The ratings are extremely generous and inflated. Be careful!
Their extreme speed in apologizing and accepting the free refund on Booking clearly shows that they are no strangers to this. This may be enough for some people to let it go and not leave negative reviews. It won't be my case, sorry...
And finally, several people told us that we did well not to stay in this unsafe neighborhood at night.
