My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The place is very clean, and its location is great in the center of the city, making it easy to reach all places.
I would like to thank all the staff for their warm welcome and excellent service, especially Mr. Imran, Mrs. Ghada, Mrs. Majdolin, and the Egyptian gentleman in the restaurant, for their kindness, professionalism, and constant concern for the guests' comfort.
It was a remarkable experience, and I highly recommend staying at this hotel with confidence. I will be happy to return to it again.
Everything was excellent and there were no complaints.
