Good hotel

The view towards the beach......the location of the hotel...... The spa and hammam area, excellent

The bed I had was missing a leg.....they couldn't solve it for me....

We couldn't enjoy the pool due to rainy weather during our long-awaited vacation, we were disappointed.

The hotel's breakfast was very good, the location was excellent.

We were not satisfied with the cleanliness, a hair came out of the mini fridge, the window was very dirty, they did not bother cleaning from the outside, even though we selected a double room, they combined two single beds, the bed was constantly separating, the 'Do not disturb' sign should be on the door handle inside the room, but we didn't have it, we requested one.

Everyone has their own preferences. I won't go to this hotel again.

There was a problem with the lock in the room, there is also a problem with the air conditioner. Also, to go to the sea, you have to use the path which may be a bit inconvenient with children. It is necessary to be careful as there is always a risk of children going from the hotel to the sea. That's why there is a bit of inconvenience in this regard.

I didn't like the process of going to the sea and coming back to the hotel.

Excellent

Great and beautiful hotel with spacious cozy rooms and good breakfasts. Friendly and responsive staff. Also liked the hotel's interior, clean rooms, daily cleaning, nice pool area across the road, free visit to the SPA - hammam, showers, sauna and pool (towels, soap, shampoo - provided for free, bathrobe for a fee). Rooms without balconies, but you can sit on the common terrace in the lobby with a view of the sea and beautiful sunsets. Very convenient location - 10 minutes walk to the central sandy beach, 10 minutes walk to fish restaurants and rocky beach near Chille Castle, 15 minutes walk to the lighthouse and zip-line, 2 minutes walk to the start of the main pedestrian street.

It is visible that they made an effort in the interesting design and initial renovation of the hotel. However, some details of the interior and furniture already require replacement and restoration. Keys were often sticking, but were promptly fixed at the reception desk without any issues.
