Excellent

The best

There are very few places in the world that genuinely surprise you after you've experienced destinations like Lake Como, the Maldives, and the Seychelles. This is one of them.

From the moment we arrived by boat and were welcomed by the wonderful resident dogs, Ice and Thor, we knew this place was different. The atmosphere has a warmth and authenticity that's hard to describe. It's not just a beautiful hotel—it's a place with soul.

We stayed in Room 405, which, in my opinion, is the best room in the resort. Waking up to uninterrupted ocean views every morning was unforgettable, and the room itself was exceptional.

The food deserves a special mention. Every meal was excellent, but two dishes stood out: the incredibly thinly sliced ribeye and the tempura sushi at the beach bar. Both were among the best I've had anywhere and are absolute must-tries.

What truly makes this resort extraordinary, however, is its people. Every interaction felt genuine, warm, and heartfelt.

* Efe from the bell team was outstanding—professional, welcoming, spoke perfect English, and even became our unofficial tour guide with fantastic local recommendations.

* Adem from housekeeping did a wonderful job throughout our stay.

* Zehra from housekeeping was exceptional, with incredible attention to detail that made the room feel perfect every single day.

* Denis from reception called simply to check on how I was feeling when I wasn't well and even offered to send someone to the pharmacy to collect medicine for me. That level of care is incredibly rare.

* Bahary, the owner, was one of the kindest and most humble people I've had the pleasure of meeting. His passion for hospitality is reflected throughout the entire resort.

* Mazhar, from the bell team, was always friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to see.

* Kutay, the lifeguard, deserves special recognition. Professional, highly knowledgeable, intelligent, with perfect English, and someone who clearly takes enormous pride in what he does.

No kids club, pools need to be heated to 30c not 25

We had a fantastic stay at Princes' Palace Resort. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect escape from the busy city. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always eager to help. They kept in touch with us on WhatsApp throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, including transportation arrangements. We also noticed that the management was very involved and genuinely cared about the guest experience. When we had a small issue during our stay, it was handled quickly and professionally. The team truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again
