I would like to express my deep gratitude to the entire team of this exceptional hotel! Our stay there was a wonderful experience that we will remember fondly.
The hotel is very pleasant, perfectly clean, and offers a remarkably high quality of service. But what truly sets it apart are the people who work there. The whole team is incredibly welcoming, caring, smiling, and always ready to help with great kindness.
During our trip, our suitcase was unfortunately damaged at the airport. We asked the hotel staff if they could help us purchase a new one. Without hesitation, they did everything they could to assist us: they went to the store themselves, bought a new suitcase, and brought it back to the hotel for us. This helped us tremendously and spared us a lot of stress. Such a level of service, availability, and attention to guests is truly rare.
I also want to especially thank the young woman who was working at the reception during our stay. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name, but she was absolutely fantastic with us. Always smiling, available, attentive, and very professional, she helped us with all our requests and whenever we needed assistance. She really went above and beyond to make things easier for us and make our stay even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to her for her kindness, care, and invaluable help!
Thank you to the whole team for your warm welcome, hospitality, and all the little touches that made a difference. We truly felt welcome and well taken care of.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking not only for a good hotel, but also for a human touch and exceptional service.

The location of the hotel was very good. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special.
Each of us received a breakfast plate with a slice of toast, a cold egg, olives, feta cheese, watermelon, jam and honey, as well as a few cucumbers and tomatoes, along with lettuce leaves. In my opinion, the breakfast was not freshly prepared, but the plates had probably been standing for a few hours, as the cucumbers, tomatoes, and eggs were all cold. Coffee and tea were available in the room and of course also for breakfast.
Breakfast was served in the reception area or on the terrace, as there apparently was no separate breakfast room.
The hotel was very noisy; all noises from the neighboring room were clearly audible. We had two rooms, both of which made a very worn impression. The curtain was partially torn down, and the shower head was already damaged, so it threatened to fall apart when the water was turned on. Overall, the rooms are in need of renovation. Since we were only there for one night on our way through, the stay was still acceptable.
