Everything was superb: the room was clean, there was air conditioning, a terrace with a beautiful view....it's something. The hotel's location. All attractions are within walking distance. Recommend.

We rented 2 rooms for 2 people for 6 nights. We had an early arrival, the owner checked us in earlier than 14:00 at the first available opportunity. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from Taksim, very convenient. All our requests were quickly resolved: we needed towels at 23:00 - please. Cleaning upon request, again, lightning fast. The host is just super, he made this place comfortable for us.
I wouldn't call it some kind of superminuses, it's rather a problem of Istanbul in general))) The light went out a couple of times in the block, and there was an intermittent water supply. But I repeat, everything that could be solved at the hotel level was resolved very quickly.
There is also a large spiral staircase there, but we coped with it)
