WillA bunch of scammers
It's a scam. They moved me to a different building and room, and when I said I'd rather look for alternative accommodation, they said I can request for a full refund on booking.com to which they will agree. I then booked an alternative hotel and requested for a full refund for this room which they then REFUSED. The result was that I had to call booking.com myself to get a full refund. It's not worth the stress and hassle of booking with this property.
