The staff was extremely friendly, especially those at the front desk. Dervis was particularly helpful.
The telephone in the room was out of order. It needed to be unplugged and left for 30 seconds to reset before making a call, including to the front desk. The staff anticipated the guest to adjust to this rather than fixing it. Additionally, there were constant issues with the internet connection. The poor telephone and internet service came as a surprise for a business hotel.
