My stay at the Luxury Royal Hotel was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected of a hotel that markets itself as a luxury property.
The room was in an unacceptable condition. There was visible mold in the shower area, and the overall cleanliness of the room was poor. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, leaving the room unbearably hot throughout my stay. To make matters worse, the blanket appeared to be made from a nylon-like material that caused excessive sweating and made it nearly impossible to get a comfortable night's sleep.
What was even more frustrating was the poor service at reception. Staff showed little concern when issues were reported and made no meaningful effort to resolve them. Basic customer service and professionalism were clearly lacking.
Despite these serious shortcomings, the hotel charges premium rates that are completely unjustified. Paying luxury prices for substandard accommodation, poor maintenance, and inadequate service is unacceptable.
I strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere. Until management addresses the cleanliness issues, room maintenance problems, and customer service standards, this hotel does not deserve its luxury reputation or its inflated prices.

Sockets were not fixed properly, no English channels on TV although the staff were friendly. Was awoken early in the morning by a knock on my door, phone fell off the wall. Could have been better

Very bad service, non-working window, very cold room without working heating and other problems. Strongly do not recommend to stay here
