The WIFI did not work. During check-in they said that your room is on the -1st floor and there were no windows, only a small loophole. Although the previous 2 times for the same reservation with booking I stayed on the 2nd floor. I paid an additional fee to have a room on the 2nd floor, also they said that the terminal was not working and wanted to pay in cash, so I had to transfer the money, although that same night I took drinks for checking and paid for them through the terminal but then it was another friendly employee. Thanks to him

There is nowhere to like.
The cleanliness is very bad, doors, windows are bad. The furniture is old. All the noise from outside was coming into the room. We put towels and closed the windows so that less noise would come in. The air conditioning is broken. The bathroom is disgusting! The worst part is we woke up in the morning with a cockroach in the bed! I have never stayed in such a bad hotel in my life!

The location of the hotel is very central.
The fridge in the room was not working. It says there is a parking lot, but there is no parking lot.
