Hotel close to transportation

Partially meeting expectations in terms of price-performance ratio and not having a very bad overall accommodation experience. Especially, it can be considered positive for meeting the basic needs for short-term stays and offering a manageable option for guests with not very high expectations.

It was quite negative that higher prices were given over the phone compared to reservations made over the internet, creating doubts in terms of reliability. Also, I thought that sufficient care was not taken in terms of cleanliness; the general hygiene level of the rooms was below my expectations. In addition, the non-functioning of the air conditioner in the room and the felt lack of maintenance deficiencies further negatively affected the stay. The fact that such technical problems were not resolved was a significant shortcoming that lowered the overall quality of the hotel.

Very successful stay - the hotel met my expectations in terms of price and location.

I stayed at the hotel for two weeks while in Istanbul and overall I am very satisfied. The hotel restaurant served tasty and inexpensive meals. The room was cleaned upon request - you had to ask for everything, but the staff was always willing to help and never refused. The hotel is located close to metrobus stops, shops, and restaurants, which was very convenient for me, although it is quite far from the city center. However, the proximity to the university was the most important for me, so the location met my expectations. The staff was very friendly, spoke several languages, and was helpful. The hotel standard deviates from typical European norms, but at this price, it was completely acceptable.

The hotel standard was lower than the typical European standard. Regular cleaning could be introduced without the need to report it.
