I booked a one-week stay at Beyzas Hotels & Suites for four adults and one 10-year-old child. We chose this hotel expecting a pleasant and relaxing vacation where guests would be treated with respect and professionalism.
First of all, I would like to sincerely thank Mehmet. He was the only staff member who made us feel welcome. He was always kind, respectful, helpful, and professional. Whenever we needed assistance, he was there to help with a smile. His excellent customer service deserves recognition, and he was the only reason we had any positive experience during our stay.
Unfortunately, our experience with Hakan was completely different. From the beginning, he shouted at us, spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner, and behaved in a way that was completely unprofessional. Instead of helping guests, he made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
The most shocking incident was when he pushed a child. In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable, especially in a hotel where families with children are staying. Every guest deserves to be treated with respect, and every child should feel safe. No member of hotel staff should ever behave this way.
Because of Hakan's behavior, I deeply regret booking a full week at this hotel. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation became a stressful and disappointing experience. No guest should have to feel intimidated or disrespected during their stay.
I want to make it clear that this review is not about the entire hotel or all of its staff. Mehmet showed us what true hospitality and excellent customer service look like. Unfortunately, one employee's behavior was enough to ruin our overall experience.
I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this matter seriously, investigates what happened, and ensures that no other guests have to go through the same experience. I am sharing this review simply to describe my personal experience and to help future guests make an informed decision before booking.
