Comfortable Stay for Work

I stayed at Livinton Ataşehir Istanbul for a work trip and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a busy day. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and equipped with everything I needed for a stay.

The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The location was convenient for business meetings in the Ataşehir area, with easy access to restaurants and transportation. However, if you're planning to visit Istanbul's main tourist attractions, expect a longer commute, as the hotel is located some distance from the city's historic center.

Overall, I had a smooth and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend Livinton Ataşehir to business travellers looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Istanbul.

Relatively friendly, but everything done wrong

Was relatively clean

We did not receive the room we had booked...

Booked:

Family Suite with 1 double bed, 2 single beds in total for 4 people

Received:

"Family Suite" with 1 double bed, 1 extra bed, and 1 sofa bed

After clarification on the hotel's own website, it was discovered that the hotel does not rent out a room like the one we had booked, but effectively like the one we received

Nevertheless, the hotel kindly provided us with an additional room with 2 single beds free of charge.

Chronology of what was not OK:

1st Day: did not receive the booked room

2nd Day: no room cleaning, although the room was vacated by 1:00 pm and the green card was hung on the door

3rd Day: the extra bed and sofa bed were still not cleared away, although we were given an additional room.

4. Check-Out: No issues

In summary, it can be said that the hotel staff was relatively friendly, but unfortunately there is not enough communication among them. The early shift does not know what the late shift has arranged and vice versa.
