Everything was great for a long weekend in Istanbul, spa and gym were beyond expectations.

The location is ideal - it provides a completely different picture of Istanbul. Having the ocean in front of the door was stunningly beautiful. The room was beautifully decorated.
Little things could have changed a lot. For 2 days, our room was not cleaned, even though we left the room for 8 hours sometimes. Because of this, fresh water was not provided. When we mentioned it at the reception, the cleaning staff came, but it's not what you would expect from such a nice hotel. The breakfast room in the cellar was a classic 18°C room where you should wear long clothing on 36°C summer days. As a man used to cold winters, freezing at breakfast feels a bit weird. The technical panels to connect HDMI were a great idea, sadly they were broken and couldn't be used.
