Excellent location with easy access to bus, tram, and taxi. The reception team is exceptional, especially Mouna, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

The cleanliness and proximity to the train station that leads to Sultan Ahmed, Youssef Pasha, Aymanoun, and Ghlatouh.
The staff member from me and the Turkish staff requested them to send someone with me to carry the bags and they told me that there is no one available for loading and unloading.
Breakfast ends at 10:30. I went down around 10:15 and there was breakfast, but unfortunately my sister told me that breakfast ran out. Some Turks entered with me and took the breakfast.
