OłeksandrBeds are very comfortable, I rested like at home.
I liked that they checked me in at 6 in the morning when I arrived. The staff was very friendly, helped me print documents and plane tickets. They stored my car in the hotel parking, which closes at midnight. There are enough parking spaces. Shops, cafes, and bus stop are all nearby. If you need a hotel with parking in this area, I recommend it.

This was not an isolated incident. I have booked many stays at this hotel, and similar problems continue to happen. Because it is one of the closest hotels to the hospital, I kept giving it another chance, hoping things would improve. Unfortunately, they haven’t. Unless the management seriously improves customer service, communication, and respect for reservations, I cannot recommend this hotel.
