Hotel close to transportation

Partially meeting the expectations in terms of price-performance and not having a very bad overall accommodation experience. It can be considered positive to provide basic necessities for short stays and to offer a manageable option for guests with not very high expectations.

It was quite negative that a higher price was quoted over the phone compared to reservations made over the internet, creating a question mark in terms of trust. Also, I thought that sufficient care was not taken in terms of cleanliness; the general hygiene level of the rooms was below my expectations. In addition, the non-working air conditioning in the room and the noticeable lack of maintenance further negatively affected the stay. The fact that such technical issues were not resolved was a significant deficiency that lowered the overall quality of the hotel.

A very successful stay - the hotel met my expectations in terms of price and location.

I stayed at the hotel for two weeks while in Istanbul and overall I am very satisfied. The hotel restaurant served tasty and inexpensive food. The room was cleaned on request - everything had to be asked for, but the staff was always willing to help and never refused. The hotel is close to metrobus stops, shops, and restaurants, which was very convenient for me, although it is quite far from the center. However, what mattered most to me was the proximity to the university, so the location met my expectations. The staff was very friendly, spoke several languages, and was helpful. The hotel standard differed from typical European norms, but at this price, it was completely acceptable.

The hotel standard was lower than the typical European one. Regular cleaning could be introduced without the need to report.
