ДаянаWe were pleased, everyone was smiling and positive, we did not see any bad attitude from anyone in the staff!
We liked that the location has everything nearby. We were two in a big apartment, but we booked a room. We were pleased with the service, the staff is super friendly and they refilled everything every day (cups, water, coffee, tea, sugar).
The only downside was not being sprayed with an air freshener like we entered a cigar shop, as we wanted a room for smokers, but despite this you can spray with an air freshener, it was not cleaned 100%, but after we asked for a cleaning, they responded immediately.

It is disappointing that there is a jacuzzi and the room is cheap
EXTREMELY DIRTY! Very very disappointing.
We requested cleaning once during our 5-day stay
They came and only changed the trash cans
And provided towels
When we first entered, THE ROOM WAS VERY VERY DIRTY
OUR SOCKS BECAME EXTREMELY BLACK FROM THE FLOOR
