I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Freya. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout my visit — I absolutely loved them! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

We stayed at this hotel as a couple for my birthday, and our first experience in Istanbul was incredible. The staff is exceptional: attentive, available, and always smiling, providing a truly personalized service, especially for my birthday, making this stay even more special. The rooms are superb, comfortable, and very clean. The location is ideal for exploring the city. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even decided to extend our return to make the most of it.
A huge thank you to the entire team for making this experience so memorable, we will gladly come back!
