The staff was very friendly and attentive. Housekeeping and towel change were done every day. The air conditioning in the room, the bed was really very comfortable, we rested well.
Not being able to park the car closer, but considering the location maybe it's normal.

The location
It was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. It started on the check-in day. I had already messaged the hotel that we would be arriving after midnight. When we arrived, he was shocked and gave us a room we didn’t book because the hotel was full (with no price compensation, although it was a downgrade)! What really bothered me was what he put me through on my last day. I booked the hotel for an extra day so I could pack my stuff without rushing and rest before my flight (as I don’t like leaving my stuff in hotels after checking out). Two nights before my check-out, he told me that my check-out was the next day. I was really confused and told him I’m pretty sure it’s the day after tomorrow, and showed him my booking dates. He insisted it was wrong and even checked if there was any available room for me with extra charges, offering me a room in the basement! I was shocked, so we spent the night packing and woke up early to check out. Another staff member at the reception was surprised when we checked out and left our luggage in the hallway. He then told one of my sisters that he was surprised we weren't using our room to keep our stuff and had checked out a day earlier! I was already gone by then, but I got really angry and confronted the receptionist. He lied, started shouting at me and my other sister, and denied everything! Instead of apologising and admitting his mistake or offering a refund for that day, he wanted to charge a 5-euro commission because he ordered us a taxi to the airport.
