The location is good. Close to tram, bus, and restaurants.
The room cleaning is superficial, the rooms are very small.
The breakfast is mediocre and does not reflect the pictures shared on booking.

Avoid this hotel: Dirty rooms, hidden fees, aggressive staff, and extreme noise
The hotel has a convenient location.
The breakfast food selection was decent.
Ignoring Privacy & Cleanliness:
Despite having the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, staff knocked repeatedly. To make matters worse, I returned to find my room in a total mess and not cleaned at all. I had to personally find the housekeeper and ask her to clean it, forcing me to leave the room while she worked.
Front Desk Demands & Pressure Tactics:
When I went to check out, the receptionist demanded an extra €20 fee or refused to process my check-out. I told them, "If that's the case, I'd rather just pay for an extra night." Instead of handling the situation professionally, they heavily pressured and pushed me into booking that additional night.
Suspicious & Inconsistent Payment Policy:
During initial check-in, the front desk refused to process my credit card unless I paid an extra fee, insisting on cash. Strangely, the moment they pressured me into paying for the extra night, they accepted my card with no extra fee at all.
Loud Nighttime Noise & Old Facilities:
The hotel itself is old and dated, and the rooms are extremely small. There is a bar located right next to the property playing very loud music late into the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep.
Aggressive Dining Staff:
During breakfast, a staff member was extremely aggressive and shouted at me over a misplaced yogurt cup. He then slammed a trash bin right next to my table so hard that dust and debris blew directly onto my food, forcing me to walk out without finishing my meal.
