Uncomfortable- needs a desperate renovation!

The room was well-kept and clean

Extremely Disappointing Room – But Fantastic Staff Members

I am extremely disappointed with our overall experience in this room. For the price and expectations, the condition of the room itself was simply unacceptable.

The room was unkempt, poorly maintained and in desperate need of a full renovation. Everything seemed tired, old-fashioned and neglected. The bed was very uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep, and the breakfast was also disappointing and not enjoyable.

What frustrated me the most was the total lack of attention to my sister’s special 30th birthday. This was a significant milestone and one of the reasons for our visit. I asked numerous times if the hotel could organize something as simple as a birthday message for her. Despite repeated requests and clarifying that she was celebrating her 30th birthday, nothing was done.

I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant – just a small gesture to recognise such a special occasion. After asking so many times, to have it completely ignored was extremely frustrating and disappointing. My sister only turns 30 once, and unfortunately, that moment cannot be replicated.

However, I do want to particularly mention Adam, Burak and Ahmet, who were absolutely delightful throughout our stay. They were always cheerful, welcoming and genuinely keen to assist whenever possible. What impressed us was that this was not just for our benefit – we observed them treating other guests with the same kindness and willingness to help. Their attitude and customer service were a true asset to the hotel, and they deserve to be commended for it.

Unfortunately, as pleasant as Adam, Burak and Ahmet were, they cannot compensate for the overall condition and quality of the hotel itself.

Excellent and friendly service.

The hotel is not bad, but for the amount that I paid for the room, next time I will look for another one.

The breakfast is good, but boring, the staff is polite and quickly resolves all problems.

I was missing a chair or armchair in the room, the sofa is not very comfortable, the bathtub is small and the two doors are inconveniently placed, our windows faced the courtyard and construction noise started at 6am.
