In accordance with expectations.

Helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast service was not satisfactory.

The bathroom was not okay, the shower cabin did not close completely and water leaked out. Overall, it should have a small renovation

The location is close to the tram station and Grand Bazaar.

They advertised having parking which is actually occupied just for them. They allowed us to park in front of the hotel and then moved our car without informing us to a private parking lot. When we asked for the key at the reception, they couldn't find it because they left it at the private parking for which the parking lot attendants wanted to charge us.

The breakfast is terrible, you can't eat it for more than 2 days. If you plan to stay for 1 week, you will end up eating at McDonalds in the morning.

The rooms are clean and okay, but the bathroom is full of mold around the tub.
