Good hotel

The view towards the beach......the hotel's location...... The spa and hammam area, excellent

The bed I had was missing a leg.....they couldn't fix it....

We couldn't enjoy the pool due to the rainy weather that coincided with our long-awaited vacation, we were disappointed.

The hotel's breakfast was very good, the location was excellent.

We were not satisfied with the cleanliness, a hair came out of the mini fridge, the window seemed like it was not wiped from the outside, very dirty, despite choosing a double room, they combined two single beds, the bed was constantly separating, the 'do not disturb' sign should be on the inside of the room door, but we didn't have it, we requested it.

I will never go to this hotel again, everyone has their own preference.

There was a problem with the lock in the room, also an issue with the air conditioning. Plus, you need to use the road to go to the sea, which may be a bit difficult with children. It is a bit inconvenient with children having to come back from the sea to the hotel. Therefore, there is a bit of a problem in this regard.

I did not like the process of going to the sea and coming back to the hotel.

Excellent

Large and beautiful hotel with spacious cozy rooms and good breakfasts. The staff is friendly and responsive. I also liked the hotel interior, clean rooms, daily cleaning, a nice area with a pool across the road, free access to the SPA - hammam, showers, sauna, and pool (towels, soap, shampoo are provided for free, bathrobe is available for an extra charge). Rooms do not have a balcony, but you can sit on the shared terrace in the lobby with a view of the sea and beautiful sunsets. The location is very convenient - 10 minutes on foot to the central sandy beach, 10 minutes on foot to fish restaurants and a rocky beach near the Shile Castle, 15 minutes on foot to the lighthouse and zip-line, 2 minutes to the beginning of the central pedestrian street.

It is visible that they put effort into the interesting design and initial renovation of the hotel. However, certain details of the interior and furniture already require replacement and restoration. Keys were often getting stuck, but the reception staff quickly and easily fixed the issue.
