OłeksandrBeds are very comfortable, felt like home.
I liked that they checked me in at 6 AM when I arrived, the staff was very friendly, helped me print out documents and plane tickets. They kept my car in the hotel parking, which is large enough. Shops, cafes, and bus stop are all nearby. I recommend a hotel with parking in this area.

This was not an isolated incident. I have booked many stays at this hotel, and similar problems continue to happen. Because it is one of the closest hotels to the hospital, I kept giving it another chance, hoping things would improve. Unfortunately, they haven’t. Unless the management seriously improves customer service, communication, and respect for reservations, I cannot recommend this hotel.
